  • Does electrical services come with my booth?


Electrical service is not included with your package.  You can order electrical services from Freeman prior to the event by filling our this form;, please refer to page 111. The deadline to receive Freeman's discounted price is August 24th.  


  • Can I order additional equipment and/or furniture for my booth?


Yes you may order additional amenities from Freeman prior to the event by filling out this form; , please refer to page 62.


  • When can I set up my booth?


Sunday, September 16th: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm


*Please note that you must pick up your registration passes (badges) prior to set-up.  The registration desk is in the main entrance.


  • Where do I pick up my shipments?


If you shipped materials they will be delivered right to your booth.


  • Where should I send my materials? 


For shipments arriving between Thursday, August 16, 2018 through Friday, September 14, 2018:

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Thursday, August 16, 2018, at

the above address. Material arriving after September 07, 2018 will be received at the warehouse

with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse

Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM. If required, provide your

carrier with this phone number: (775) 355-4670. The warehouse is closed on September 3rd in

observance of the holiday.

Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early

​​Yes your registration pass is all-exclusive, and we encourage you to get out of the exhibit hall and catch some of the content on out main stage and breakout rooms, you can find the agenda here

  • Am I able to swap out a registration pass for a new team member?

  • What is the closest airport?


We recommend flying into to the San Jose Airport (10 min taxi ride from the venue) or SFO (approx. 30 minutes away with good traffic).


  • What hotel is located closest to the venue?


We have a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency, conveniently connected to the Convention Center. The room block is available until August 24th, but spots will go fast. We encourage you to book ASAP.

  • Will there be any receptions during the event?


We host cocktail receptions in the exhibition hall on both Sunday and Monday evenings.  


Sunday, September 16th: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Monday, September 17th: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm


In addition to the above, on Monday evening we have the following special receptions:

Our speaker dance card is pretty jammed up at the moment but chat with our sales director to learn about some sponsored opportunities we still have available


  • What should I wear?


Leave the suits and ties at home and dress comfortably.  Business casual to t-shirts and shorts are appropriate.  This is SiliconVvalley afterall so feel free to break out the new hoodie you have been dying to wear.
